Contractor shall provide materials and labor to refurbish 15 ea flexor systems in accordance with NAVFAC Drawing 6138992. Contractor will be required to pick-up from and deliver to Construction Equipment Dept, Naval Construction Battalion Center, Gulfport MS. First article testing required unless waiver granted based on contractor's previous experience performing same or similar service. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be issued 15 days from the date this notice is published. Award will made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures to the quoter offering the lowest overall cost to the Government for services meeting the specifications in the RFQ. This procurement is 100% small business set aside under SIC Code 7699 ($3.5 million). Requests must be submitted in writing, FAX requests are acceptable (FAX 601-871-3212). No telephone requests will be accepted. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered for award. (328)
