Burns (410) 962-4290, Chief, Visitor Services, Contract Specialist, N/A, Contracting Officer Public notice is hereby given that the National Park Service is announcing its' intention to issue a Prospectus seeking the most qualified proponent to provide theme related gift and souvenir sales and limited food and beverage vending machines to the visitors to Fort McHenry National Monument and Historic Shrine under a five (5) year Concessions Contract. The existing concessioner, Evelyn Hill Corp., has performed its obligations to the satisfaction of the Secretary under an existing contract which has expired by limitation of time, and therefore pursuant to the provisions of Section 5 of the Act of October 9, 1965 (79 Stat. 969); 16 U.S.C. 20) is entitled to be given preference in the renewal of the contract and in the negotiation of a new contract as defined in 36 CFR 51.5.
