The estimated cost is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Performance time will be 270 days, commencing 15 calendar days after award. Bids will be considered from all responsible sources. The proposed contract is unrestricted. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 1542. The related small business size standard is $17 million.
