Work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, equipment, supplies and supervision necessary for Replace siding, Military Family Housing (MFH) 179 Units. Demolition - Removal of all existing rotten wooden siding, wall structure, rotten facia and soffit; Removal of all existing plywood ceiling battens and rotten ceiling plywood under carport ceiling areas; Removal and replacement of vinyl or plastic gutter system after new aluminum coil stock is applied to facia. New Construction - Installation of new vinyl over existing or replaced wooden siding or wooden substate; Installation of solid unvented vinyl soffit in the ceilings of the carports and installation of double-4 vinyl siding on housing units; Installation of vinyl siding over wood siding in gable ends; Installation of aluminum coil stock over existing or replace facia as indicated; Installation of new vinyl or plastic gutters; downspouts, and splash boxes as required; Installation of new vented soffit over existing ore replace wooden soffits as indicated.
