Provide all plant, labor, material, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary to Upgrade Base Heating Systems, Phase II, at Selfridge ANG Base, Michigan. Work includes, but is not limited to, removing 10 buildings (offices, maintenance, shops and warehouse type buildings) from the Base central heating plant system and providing new individual heating systems for the buildings. The new individual heating systems for the buildings are mainly hot water, gas fired boiler systems with some building heating systems augmented with overhead infrared heaters. Building boiler capacity range from 110 MBH to 2,040 MBH output. Additional project work includes, but is not limited to, designated demolition of system piping, valves, equipment, and walls as they relate to construction of new mechanical rooms, providing new doors and frames, and roof patching. All work is to be in strict accordance with the Technical Provisions and Drawings for Project VGLZ929902, ``Upgrade Base Heating Systems, Phase II''. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Performance period is approximately 365 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. There is a $100.00 nonrefundable charge for the solicitation package. All responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered by this agency. This is an unrestricted solicitation. (326)
