Sanchez, Contracting Officer (520) 328-6123 U.S. Army Yuma Proving Ground Solicitation daad01-95-B-0248 requirement for replacement of the HVAC systems in buildings 3519,2096 and 504 advertised in the CBD on 14 August 1995, is cancelled in its entirety. This requirement is being changed to replacement of HVAC systems in building 504 only. This requirement is being resolicited under invitation for bid daad01-96-B-0202. The work includes but is not limited to demolition of mechanical and electrical equipment, HVAC, ductwork and accessories, installation of new HVAC, new ductwork and accessories, system testing, balancing and electrical work. Work shall be completed within 180 days after receipt of notice to proceed. The SIC Code applicable to this requirement is 1711 with a size standard of $7 million. The magnitude of this project is estimated between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. This requirement is being changed from a small Disadvantaged business set-aside to unrestricted. All business concerns who requested copies of the cancelled solicitationdaad01-95-B-0248 will automatically be included on the mailing list for the new Solicitation.
