PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The Air National Guard of Connecticut at Bradley Air National Guard Base in East Granby, CT requires the following construction services: Removal of two Underground Storage Tanks (USTs) (one 1500 gal and one 500 gal) at Building 15. Work consists of, but is not limited to excavation, sampling and monitoring. Removal of ignition sources and solids from tanks, decontamination of equipment and backfilling. Performance period will be 45 days. Estimated cost of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. Estimated Start Date is March 15, 1996. A firm-fixed price contract is expected.
