The contractor shall continue keeping these areas clear all year round. Specific security and safety precautions are required due to ongoing government operations with chemical and nerve agents that may be present. The estimated magnitude of the proposed project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Contract period is one year with an option of an additional 4 years.
