14 -- TBIP STRIKE COORDINATION MODULE SOL N00019-94-C-0306 POC Contact, Jim Myers, Phone (703)604-0757 The NAVAL AIR SYSTEMS COMMAND (NAVAIR) intends to negotiate a sole source contract modification with with GDE Systems, Inc. (GDE), P.O. Box 85468 San Diego, CA 92186-5468, for the procurement of Strike Planning Tools for the Mission Distribution System (MDS) capability in support of the Tomahawk Baseline Improvement Program (TBIP). This contract will be for technical development of new software, extensive modification of existing software, and integration of new, modified, COTS, and reused (GFI) software to meet the requirements of TBIP. These requirements will be procured under the existing Tomahawk Strike Coordination Module (TSCM) Contract No. N00019-94-C-0306 with GDE. GDE is the designer, developer, and sole producer of the TSCM. As such, GDE is the only source possessing the unique knowledge, experience, and technical data which is required to perform the described effort in the required time frame.
