Each building shall be constructed of a single unit dome composed of fiberglass reinforced plastic shells and a polyurethane foam insulation core attached to a sandwich panel floor. Each complete building shall be mounted to a steel skid assem- bly. The complete building assemblies, including structure, finishes, weatherproofing, hardware, mechanical, and electrical systems, and furnishings shall be Plaschem, Anchorage, AK or equal. This solicita- tion shall be issued o/a 12/19/95 with bid opening scheduled for 1/23/ 96 at 2:00 pm local time. We anticipate award of an indefinite quantity contract with option years.
