Hughes (816) 823-1342 The U.S. Dept. of Commerce, NOAA, intends to purchase twenty 40 Power Supplies, +5V, and 30 Power Supplies, +12V, manufactured by RO Associates of Sunnyvale, CA. The RO part numbers are R0325, and R0303. The power supplies are being purchased to support the National Weather Service spares program for the ASOS Program and will be shipped to the National Logistics Supply Center, Kansas City, Missouri. The Government does not have specifications for the Power Supplies. The Government knows of no other manufacturer for the Power Supplies. The intended procurement is for supplies for which the Government intends to acquire from one manufacturer under the authority of 41USC253(c)(1). The Government intends to issue an award to RO Associates or any other known supplier at the lowest offer to the Government within 20 days after the publication of this announcement. Interested firms should submit in writing, there name, address, point of contact, telephone number, business size and a brief statement regarding its capability to provide the specified part, and the name, telephone number, and point of contact for of businesses or other Government agencies to which it has previously provided the equipment.
