A firm fixed price, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity type contract is expected with a base period of 12 months and (4) 12 month option periods. A draft RFP is expected to be issued by 20 Dec 95. A Pre Solicitation conference is expected to be held at the Service School Command, Great Lakes in January, 1996.
