The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to rent or lease a stablized gun mount and fire control system, (hereinafter Shipboard Stablized Platform System (SSPS)), capable of stablizing a GFE 25mm gun, as originally synopsized in the 6 April 1995 CBD. Delivery of the leased SSPS, together with associated engineering services, shall occur six weeks after contract award. Up to four firm-fixed price contracts will be awarded.
