PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: The work includes design and construction, including all labor, materials, equipment, tools and supervision to enhance the Trout-Grayback neighborhood ''streetscape'' by providing a screen wall, curb extensions, crosswalks, landscaping and irrigation, bollards and lantern monuments, and street lighting upgrades, and incidental related work.
