This project consists of constructing a new facility to support KC-135 Consolidated Flight Training Mission at Altus AFB, Oklahoma. The project is approximately 10,200 square foot facility with classrooms, briefing offices, instructor and administrative offices. The facility is a single story building. The construction of this new facility includes grade beam and pier foundation, exterior brick veneer facade, with structural standing seam metal roof. The construction will include the construction of an asphalt parking lot, concrete road, sidewalks, general grading, utilities, turfing and landscaping. This project also requires the demolition of an existing building which has been identified as having Asbestos-Containing Building Materials and Lead Based Paint. Estimated cost range of this project is from $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. An advance nonrefundable fee of $50 (half size) and $100 (full size) is required for each set of specifications.
