Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, supervision, materials, equipment and transportation necessary to perform the following work at Shaw AFB, SC. This project consists of repairing the heating, ventilating and air-conditioning systems in 276 government Housing units. To include replacing residential split system heat pumps, with new ones for both indoor and outdoor units. Replace existing ductwork in attic space with new galvanized sheet metal ductwork. Performance period is 270 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Solicitation will be issued on or about 18 Dec 95 with a bid opening date on or about 18 Jan 96.
