The base year will be stepladder quantities ranging from 300 up to 900 units in 100 unit increments. Production lots at a minimum of 305 units with five (5) lot samples randomly selected for testing or at a maximum of 406 units with six (6) lot samples randomly selected for testing. There will be one (1) option year with stepladder quantities ranging from 100 up to 500 in 100 unit increments. First article will be waived for those vendors who are qualifed upon award.
