This is NOT a presolicitation notice pursuant to FAR Par 5, but a Market Survey to identify sources for a Receiver Transmitter Control, NSN: 5821-01-223-3362, P/N: 622-7119-001, applicable to the ARC-190. It is approximately 4 1/4 inches high x 5 3/4 inches wide x 6 inches deep and made up of aluminum with metal and plastic electronic components. Its primary purpose is to control all the functions on the radio set. This survey is for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute an Invitation for Bid or Request for Proposal and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. The extent of allowable foreign participation has not been determined. The Government reserves the right to limit such participation subsequently.
