This is NOT a presolicitation notice pursuant to FAR Par 5, but a Market Survey to identify sources for Circuit Card Assemblies, NSN 5998-01-321-6850EW, P/N: 774R165G01 and NSN: 5998-01-278-3339EW, P/N: 766R576G01 applicable to AN/ALQ-131. Both are approximately 8.10'' x 4.25'' with material consisting of fiberglass, copper, plastic, steel fasteners, and various electronic components. Their primary purpose is to process electronic signals. This survey is for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute an Invitation for Bid or Request for Proposal and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. The extent of allowable foreign participation has not been determined. The Government reserves the right to limit such participation subsequently.
