Administration (SSA) plans to negotiate on a sole source basis with
TMSI, subsidiary of TSB International, located in Richmond, Virginia,
for upgrading of the Network Status Software, which is an integral part
of SSA's Central Routing Assistance Monitor (CRAM) system. The software
will be re-written to function with an upgrade to IBM operating system
software, OS/2 version 3.0 WARP, and to provide upgrade of HUBVIEW PC
software and EXCEL software, which function as part of the CRAM
system. The CRAM system will be expanded to accomodate two additional
status locations. The upgrade will include documentation, installation,
testing and training for the software changes made. Network Status
Software was developed by TMSI and is currently working at SSA's 800
Number Teleservice Control Center in Baltimore, Maryland. To SSA's
knowledge, the Hubview PC and the Network Status integration software
are proprietry products of TSB, International, TMSI. Interested parties
must have total rights to the software and be able to provide ongoing
maintenance and software support. No cost or pricing data is required
or requested. The Government does not intend to pay for any information
