Contractor shall provide medical records transcription services for the Phoenix Indian Medical Center, 4212 N. 16th Street, Phoenix, Arizona. The Contractor shall transcribe radiographical reports estimated at 360,000 lines per year, and all other reports (narrative summaries, operative, STAT, consults and correspondence) are estimated at 740,000 lines per year. All transcriptions, other than radiologic reports shall be processed through a contractor-furnished central dictation system located at the contractor's facility. Radiographic reports shall be picked up by contractor twice daily at the Phoenix Indian Medical Center. All radiographic reports shall be returned to PIMC within 36 hours of pick-up; STAT reports shall be returned the same day of dictation; all other reports shall be returned within 48 hours. Period of performance shall be for one (1) year with four (4) one-year options. This is a 100% small business set-aside requirement. Bids will be received until 2:00 PM, local time January 16, 1996.
