The Indian Health Service is soliciting proposals from interested providers to provide inpatient and outpatient hospital service to eligible Native American Indian and Alaskan Natives who are Indian Health Service (IHS) Contract Health Service (CHS) beneficiaries. Multiple awards will be made to those providers who will accept, as payment in full, reimbursement at rates no higher than the prevailing medicare allowable rates (including deductibles and co-payments). Proposals under this solicitation will be considered through December 31, 1996. Anticipated issue date is December 18, 1995. Multiple awards will be made for a twelve-month period with four (4) one-year option periods. (331)
