Charter of one (1) aircraft and crew to conduct aerial survey of Steller sea lions in the Gulf of Alaska from the Kenai Peninsula to Unimak Pass and in the Aleutian Islands from Unimak Pass to Attu Islands. A twin engine (turbine) high-wing aircraft with amphibious capability and six (6) passenger capacity is required. Note: Only Jet fuel is available west of Dutch Harbor. Aircraft must have 6-hour flight duration at low-level altitude. The term of the charter is approximately 14 days beginning on or about June 10, 1996 with an estimated 40 hours of flying. Charter will begin in Anchorage or Dutch Harbor, Alaska and will end in Dutch Harbor. This is a 100% small business set-aside.
