Description of Work: Construct nine enlisted personnel barracks buildings and two soldier community buildings, totalling 29,900 square meters, with site work and utilities. The barracks are three-story concrete frame, brick veneer construction with standing seam metal roof. The soldier community buildings are of similar construction and single story. The buildings include HVAC, plumbing, lighting, electrical power, communications, fire protection, fire alarm and energy control systems. The heating and cooling source is the central energy plant. The site work includes paving, grading, landscaping, storm drainage system. Utilities include medium temperature hot water and chilled water distribution, water, sewer, electrical and communications systems. Relocation of a wooden building is required. This project is designed and will be constructed using the metric measurement system. Network Analysis System will be required. Estimated cost range of project is from $25,000,000 to $50,000,000.
