Work will include grading and landscaping of approximately 1.2 acre area with a gravel service road and pedestrian paths, renovation of 190 sq. feet of the maintenance building for restroom and storage room, construction of approximately 600 sq. ft. building for employee areas and public restroomns, construction of approximately 250 sq. ft. passageway with rollup doors for vehicle access. The electrical service is to be upgraded and ornamental iron fences installed. Work will also include sidewalk and parking spaces on a city street. All work is to be in accordance to the plans and specifications. Allowing 150 calendar for construction and 120 calendar days for bid acceptance. Bid packages will be issued only to prime contractors. The number of bid packages to be issued will be limited to 40. These will be issued on a first come, first served bais. Specifications and drawings may be obtained upon written request on the companys letterhead. This project is estimated between $250,000 and $500,000. This procurement is unrestricted as to size.
