This phase to include Architectural, HVAC, Plumbing (medical gases, water/waste systems) and Electrical work. Preparation for support equipment will be required with new office space also included in this phase. Phase II - The area currently occupied by EKG will require demolition and remodeling for a new Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory. This phase to include Architectural, HVAC, Plumbing (medical gases, water/waste systems) and Electrical work. Preparation for a new Bi-plane Coroskop and related equipment will be required. This phase will also include office space for support services. Range of price is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Issuance of Specifications and Drawings will be limited due to the number of Drawings (50). Various Builder's Exchanges and issuing office will have copies available for review.
