The cables must be tested and approved for use with the PLGR operating within the environmental extremes defined in contract F04701-93-D-0001. The cables must also form a dust tight/waterproof seal with the PLGR chassis, which is necessary for field operation. If no responses are received, then the Government will issue a sole source modification to the current contract (F04701-93-D-0001) with Rockwell Collins International, 350 Collins Road NE, Cedar Rapids, IA 52498-0001 in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(C)(1).
