Quotes may be forwarded to Bernice Robinson (Voice) (206) 526-6043, (Fax) (206)526-6025 - closes 12/15/95 The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration/NOAA Ship Discoverer intends to award a purchase order to Mobil International Aviation and Marine, Inc. to procure 21 Metric Tons (6,500 gallons) of Mobilguard 450 Lube Oil 40 wt (Bulk). This is the only agency announcement. Interested persons may identify their interest and capabilities to respond to the requirement or submit proposal. However, all proposals received within 15 days after date of publication this synopsis will be considered by the Government. The proposal shall demonstrate the source is able to meet the Government requirements by providing the following: 1.) Delivery of 21 Metric Tons (6,500 gallons) of Mobilguard 450 lube oil to Selfs Point, Hobart, Tasmania, Australia on January 5, 1996 at 1000 hour. 2.) Company name, address, point of contact, phone/fax numbers, and pricing information. Price shall include all applicable taxes. Sources not providing the required information will not be considered. Determination to open the requirement to competition will be based upon responses received and will be made solely at the Government's discretion.
