These services shall include full text of committee reports and of all bills, full text of the congressional record, full text of the congressional quarterly weekly report, congressional news items, tracking of bills, and full text of congressional hearing testimony. It is the intention of the U.S. General Accounting Office to procure these services by the issuance of non-competitive delivery order to Washington Alert (Congressional Quarterly, Inc.) under the Library of Congress, FEDLINKcontract.
