THAILAND: CIGARETTES The following notification is being circulated in accordance with Article 10.6. G/TBT/NOTIF. 95.328. 1. Member to Agreement notifying: THAILAND. Title and number of pages of the notified document: Royal Command: Tobacco Product Control Act B.E. 2535 Section 11. Tobacco Product Which May be Sold Shall Have Component According to a Standard Prescribed in a Ministerial Regulation. 6. Description of content: The producer or importer of the tobacco product shall have the duty to notify composition of tobacco product to MOPH according to the criteria, procedures and conditions prescribed under the Ministerial Regulation. 7.
