The clinic shall be located in Savannah, Georgia which falls within the Fort Stewart catchment area. The clinic shall provide ambulatory family practice services to empaneled military beneficiaries of the BG Dean F. Winn Health Care System. The scope of services shall include all those required to provide a Family Practice/Primary Care program and care to patients with acute and chronic conditions. A nonpersonal services contract will be awarded for the basic performance period of 1 Oct 96 through 30 Sep 97 with four 1-year options.
