which include; Needs Analysis, Space Plannin services,Move services,
Safety services,CQM services and other various advisory Special
services; All services will be associated with Federal occupancy of
owned and leased space, on as needed basis for a term of 1 yr, with
four (4) unilateral one (1) year renewal options under a fixed price,
indefinite quantity contract. The area for consideration will be the
entire state of New York, counties of Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Middlesex,
Monmouth, Morris, Passic and Union counties of the State of New Jersey,
Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. The contract personnel may be
required to coordinate with in-house personnel. Joint venture or
firm/consultant arrangements will be considered and evaluated on a
demonstarated interdependency of the members to provide quality
services. The total aggregate maximum order limitation shall not exceed
$1,000,000.00 during the base period or any option period. The minimum
guarantee is 10% of the Maximum order limitation. The contract will
include per hour rates for personnel, occupiable square footage rates,
individual reports and other items as required. The firm awarded this
contract will be required to prepare all reports, drawings and
specifications in Metric and Imperial Units units. Computer Aided
drafting (CAD) shall be used to prepare all project drawings. Drawings
shall be in a format which can be directly used by GSA's standard
software, AutoCad release 12, operating under Microsoft DOS. Drawings
shall be usable by GSA without converting or requireing any add-on
features or additional software. Specifications shall be submiitted in
an electronic format, which can be directly used or con verted by Word
for Windows version 6.0. Firms shall describe their office automation
system and ability to meet these requirements in their proposal.
Selections shall be based on the following criteria: 1. Past
Performance 2. Qualifications of Key Personnel. The new issue date is
December 7, 1995. A preproposal cnference is scheduled for December 19,
1995. Offerors, in order to be considered, must submit all required
information no later than 4:30 P.M. close of business on January 09,
1996. The subject procurement is open to both Small and Large Business
Concerns. The initial period is for one year with four (4) one year
evaluated option periods. The required information is to be mailed to
General Services Administration, Business Service Center, Room 18-130,
26 Federal Plaza, New York, NY 10278. Submissions shall be placed in
a sealed envelope and identified with the Solicitation
No.GS-02P-95-CID-0012. Selection will be to the lowest price
