Consult with regulatory agencies, including the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC), New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) and Dutchess County Department of Health (DCDOH) as need with respect to the operation of the wastewater treatment facility. Adhere to the General and Special Conditions of the NYSDEC's State Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (SPDES). Identify any significant concerns with the wastewater treatment facility and provide recommendations on how to remedy the situation as problems arise. Review and approve monthly operational reports. Provide daily operators for plant operations and minor maintenance. Provide emergency on call service as necessary for operation of the wastewater treatment facility twenty-four (24) hours, seven (7) days per week. SIC 4952 applies and the size standard is $3.5 million. Contract award is subject to the availability of funds. Period of performance is from date of award through 9/30/96 with four (4) government optional renewals. Bid packages will be available O/A 12/18/95.
