announcement. THIS SOLICITATION IS HEREBY BEING ISSUED ON AN
''UNRESTRICTED BASIS INVITING FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. The work
includes the construction of a new Child Development Center and
adjacent site work. Site work includes demolition of existing runway as
indicated, earthwork, paving, sidewalk, children's playground area and
landscaping. The structural system consists of footings, concrete slab
on grade, and steel structural system. Exterior walls are metal studs,
synthetic stucco and aluminum windows and doors. The roofing material
is standing seam metal roof. Interior construction is metal studs with
gypsumboard. Rated walls are steel studs and Type X gypsum board. Wall
finishes include paint, and vinyl wallcovering. Floor finishes are
quarry tile, sheet vinyl and carpet. The ceiling finish is acoustical
tile. Work also includes HVAC, plumbing, electrical and food service
