Contractor is to provide all labor, materials, supplies, equipment and transportation necessary for Underground Electrical Services for Production Buildings. Scope of work includes Excavating for Electrical Work: Underground electrical wiring; independent foundations; underground electrical; concrete for electrical work: encasement of electrical work; underground structural concrete to acccommodate electrical work; electrical equipment foundations and mounting pads; rough grouting in and around electrical work. Painting of Ferrous metal surfaces is applicable. All work is to be performed in accordance with Specifications For Underground Electrical Service, Production Buildings, SIOPB-EHE-1995-18, PR 12-96, dated 26 Sep 95 and the following drawings: GSL-1, Sh 1 of 12; 31-420, Sh 2 of 12; 31-640, Sh 3 of 12; 32-620, Sh 4 of 12; 32-730, Sheets 5 & 6 of 12; 32-640, Sh 7 of 12; 33-540, Sheets 11 & 12 of 12. Project is to be completed 120 calendar days after Notice To Proceed. This is an unrestricted acquisition in accordance with PUblic Law 100-656. Work is to be performed at Pine Bluff Arsenal, Pine Bluff, AR 71602-9500. The magnitude of this construction effort is between $250,000 and $500,000. This project is subject to fund availability.
