15 -- WING FOLD RIB ACTUATOR LUG REWORK AND REPAIR POC Contact, LEROY RAYMOND HARDY, Phone (703)604-2000 The Government intends to procure the services and supplies for the S-3/ES-3 Wing Fold Rib Actuator Lug Rework and Repair. This effort will require repair and rework of the Wing Fold Rib Actuator Lug. The rework plan is to over-size the critical holes and employ split sleeve cold-expansion after over-sizing. The Government intends to award a sole source contract with Lockheed Aeronautical Systems Company, the sole manufacturer of the S-3B, and the only known source with the expertise and technical data necessary to complete the integration.
