Contractors who desire to be prequalified must submit qualification documentation in accordance with procedures contained in Section I of the solicitation. This proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government owns specifications or drawings. It is restricted to the following approved and tested source: McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Systems, Mesa, AZ. Engineering and fatigue testing are required for this flight safety part. Only approved sources who have passed fatigue and engineering testing requirements will be considered eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves to the Contracting Officer and provide supporting evidence which will permit their participation in the current or future solicitations. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal which shall be considered by the Agency.
