steel cage. The cage consists of 8 longitudinal #8, ASTM A706,
reinforcing bars evenly spaced around and welded to the outside of a #3
reinforcing bar spiral having a 6 IN pitch. The reinforcing bars are to
be welded at all contact points. The reinforcement will be a minimum of
1 IN from the surface of the pile. Plastic shall be a mixture of one or
more of the following, recycled post consumer or post industrial
thermoplastics. High density polyethylene polypropylene and low density
polyethylene with a minimum of 2.5% (by volume) carbon black. Minimum
