Command intends to negotiate a Cost Plus Incentive Fee modification
under NAVAIR contract N00019-93-C-0153 with Lockheed Missiles and Space
Company, Inc., Lockheed Austin Operations (LAO), 6800 Burleson Road,
Austin, Texas 78744-1016 for the development of Advanced TOMAHAWK
Weapon Control System (ATWCS) software. The development will include
all tasks necessary to design, develop, integrate, test, deliver, and
support all of the capabilities of the next phase (LCG Replacement) of
the ATWCS software builds and will also meet the requirements of the
TOMAHAWK Baseline Improvment Program (TBIP). Also included will be the
maintenance of the current S/W (Phase 1 or TCG Replacement) and
engineering services necessary to support evaluation and prototyping of
new and emerging ATWCS technology. The period of performance will be
approximately 25 months. Per the authority of Title 10 U.S.C.
2304(c)(1), this acquisition is limited to Lockheed based on the ''Only
one responsible source'' exemption to full and open competition as set
forth under FAR 6.302-1. Parties interested in potential
