This procurement provides for the transfer of developed technology for Acoustic Resonance Spectroscopy (ARS) to private industry in support of Chemical Weapons Convention (CWC) and treaty. The ARS will be utilized to complete the suite of instruments which has been developed and invasively characterize the chemical contents of containers. Contract effort is to insure than an appropriate vendor is identified, quality production is assured and mechanisms put in place to provide instruments to the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) upon demand.
