Scott, (513)366-2071 The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Office of Ground Water and Drinking Water (OGWDW), Technical Support Division (TSD), has a need for a contractor to provide technical support services in assuring that drinking water provided to all Americans is of sufficient quality to protect the public health. The contractor shall provide the personnel and services required to operate an on-site state-of-the-art chemistry and microbiological laboratory located in Cincinnati, OH. Examples of the services required include; statistical and experimental aspects of project planning, performing chemical and biological analyses, performing statistical treatment of data, and writing reports of the results. The Government anticipates awarding a CPFF, level of effort (LOE) type contract. The total LOE for the twelve month base and four (4) twelve month option periods is 80,000 hours. Each period of performance has quantity options hours included in the total. The Government will process this procurement using full and open competition. The applicable SIC is 8734 ($5.0 million). Award of any resultant contract is contingent on receipt of appropriated funds. All request for the above referenced solicitation shall be in writing to the Contracting Officer (C.O.).
