Bayes,(616)961-7132 Synopsis NO. 96-007, for RFP SP4400-96-R-0007, service contract for all fees, labor, packaging, removal, transportation, and disposal of miscellaneous hazardous items located at DRMO Sparta, WI; Selfridge, MI; and Duluth, MN, and surrounding locations. SP4400-96-R-0007 will be issued on or about 28 Nov 95. Approximate closing date is 28 DEC 95. This Solicitation will result in two requirements contracts being awarded to one contractor. One contract will providecontractual coverage to pickup sites under DRMOS Sparta and Selfridge purview. This contract will have an 18-month base period and two 12-month option periods. The other contract will provide contractual coverage to pickup sites under DRMO Duluth purview. This contract will be for a Ten month periodonly. Performance for both contracts will be requested by issuance of written delivery orders against the basic contracts. Specialqualifications: Prospective contractors or subcontractors must be able to meet all Federal, state, and local Laws, ordinances and regulations governing disposal of hazardous waste materials and environmental protection. This procurement is a total 8(a) set-asideaction. It is restricted to 8(a) contractors recognized by the SBA. The final contract award decision will be based on a combination of price and other factors described in the Solicitation.(0334)
