Kay, Contracting Officer Provide services and containers to pick-up and recycler food and other organic waste from Government facilities on Oahu and convert waste into environmentally beneficial bi-products. Each pick-up location shall identify the quantities of containers per pick-up and designate number of pick-ups per week. Pick-up services shall be available seven days per week, 365 days/year.
