Potential Small Business sources are sought to provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, repair parts, tools and equipment for the operation and maintenance of all mechanical, electrical utility systems and subsystems at the IRS Andover Service Center (approximately $375,000 square feet) Andover, MA 01810. The contractor will be responsible for performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance plus minor repairs as necessary, on a 24 hour a day, 365 days per year basis, including emergency call back service. This requirement is for a base year and four one year options. Service is expected to begin on or about 4/1/96. This action is a 100% total set-aside for small business.
