SABER - Simplified Acquisition of Base Engineer Requirements. The SABER project is an indefinite quantity and indefinite delivery general construction contract designed to accomplish a large number of maintenance, repair and minor construction projects for Francis E. Warren AFB, Missile Sites and the Wyoming Air National Guard. SABER consists of three major elements: (1) Detailed Task Work, (2) Units of measure and corresponding prices for each of the specifications and tasks and (3) General and Special Provisions. SABER award will be for one (1) basic year with four (4) option years. Contract amount - A minimum dollar amount to be awarded is $200,000.00 per calendar year. Delivery Order Amount - A minimum dollar amount of $2000.00 and a maximum of $300,000.00 per delivery order. Request for Proposal is full and open competition.
