AMC Contracting Flight intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Titan Information Systems, 3033 Science Park Road, San Diego, CA 92121, to acquire the following for 27 world wide locations: Modification to HAVE DAMA UHF SATCOM data communications operating software version 3.2, updated interface hardware and cabling, documentation, and software support. The proposed contract is for basic year with four(4), one (1) year options. The basic contract period will be from date of award through 30 Sep 96. This is a Brooks Act requirement being acquired under the Air Force Specific Agency DPA. Procurement is by GSA delegation, Case #KAA-95-AD001. This Request For Proposal (RFP) FA4452-96-R0002 is anticipated to be released on or about 18 Dec 95.
