Offers will be accepted only from contractors who have successfully completed the Operational Capabilities Demonstration requirement as part of the STARS program development and implementation effort. The lease period will be approximately 9 months from date of contract award and will include delivery, installation, familiarization training and technical support for the installed system. The RFP will be issued on or about December 20, 1995 and will close 45 days after issuance. Potential offerors who passed the OCD need not sent a request for the RFP. See numbered note 22. (0335)
