The Naval Research Laboratory has a requirement for hardware and software upgrades, hardware maintenance, and software maintenance support for a Control Data Systems Inc (CDS) integrated File Server/Archiver (FS/A) system owned by the Government. The categories of maintenance include such items as Standard Support for Hardware, Remedial Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance (PM), Service Outside of Principal Period of Maintenance (PPM) as Per-Call Maintenance, and Software Maintenance.
