Such equipment includes but is not limited to Hydraulic fork lifts, pallet jacks, industrial jacks, batteries and battery chargers. The period of performance is a base year and four option years. The work requires scheduled preventative maintenance and per call maintenance services for Government owned materials handling equipment. Telephone responses will not be considered.
