Wyatt (303) 289-0134 (Site Code DAAM02) The Contracting Division, Rocky Mountain Arsenal intends to issue a sole source service contract to Woodward-Clyde Federal Services, Denver, Colorado to provide the non-personal services of a Biota Expert. This contract will provide for the contractor to employ several technologies in an integrated manner to support the Endangerment Assessment (EA) and Feasibility Study (FS) programs. These include, but are not limited to, coordination of the ecological risk assessment portions of the Onpost and Offpost Endangerment Assessment; internal review of work products, plans and reports; technical support of ecological risk assessment; technical support of ecological risk management decisions; and technical support to the Army and Organizations and State meetings, agency meetings and public meetings; and in issues of dispute resolution, as requested by the Army. The period of performance for this contract is 01 January 1996 through 30 September 1996, with one option year 01 October 1996 through 30 September 1997.
